Bad refund service

I have made flight booking on the 26th of May 2025 with bookings.com, unfortunately cancelled my flight on the 25th of June 2025. I was promised that I will get my refund between 7-14 working days. It’s been a month now I am still struggling to get my refund. Every time I follow up I am told they are still waiting for SAA to refund them. Kindly assist
