Bad listing on Bookings.com website

Second time we visiting Cape Town and using Bookings.com is a disgrace! Booked at 1 on Albert Luxury Apartments which Booking.com is listing! What a nightmare. This plase is dirty, people smoking marijuana, dirty towels and the apartment smells. Sent Bookings.com an email this afternoon 05/03/2026 and they still have not rep****. Meanwhile we looking for another place to stay at 22H00. Bookings.com really making it unpleasant for us....0/10 stars for sure. Will never use them again and as for 1 on Albert Luxury Apartments 0"zero" is to a high number and I invite a staff member from Bookings.com to come stay at this s...hole!!
