Bad for hosts

They do not vet the properties or the guests properly or at all. I have a listing with them and guests can damage and ***** and all they do is call the guest and ask them to pay but they dont.

Also their customer care is very bad, nobody talks proper English but their business operates world wide. They have to call you back to verify your account but never do and because of how much of a hassle it is to communicate with them you stop calling and your issue goes unresolved.

We should be able to review guests as well.
