Bad experience ever we've been ****med

I booked a guesthouse that was disguised by estate property and with an address that directs me to a abandoned house that has broken windows and damaged walls .so what happened is when i arrived there with an uber that cost me 200 i found a damaged house that is dirty mind you i was outside at the gate with a 2 year old child and my wife we arrived there around 2 during the day then we roamed around the streets looking for 54 11th avenue street at higlandnorth Johannesburg roaming around with no car with heavy bags and phones i had to leave my wife and child at street out of nowhere for 30 minutes looking for a place that does not even exist not even registered on the map imagine keaving my wife in an area where its not even known crime is hire people are getting human trafficked we went around asking every guest houses that are there they say the place is not even known we then decided to request another uber for 150 to police station thats were we were told that the place shown on pictures is estate properties the n that's were we got to learn that we were ****** 1170 thats were we wend up deciding that we have to request again and go back to our place at tembisa dont book on this website nothing is legit here its only ****mers
