Bad experience at Rockey Mountain Guest house Vaal Marina

I booked a guest house (Rockey Mountain Guest House) at Vaal Marina via Booking.com for 2 persons for 2 nights and breakfast for 2 persons for the 2 days. Booking number: ********** 655 PIN code: 7441 (from 31/12/2018 14h00 til 02/01/2019 10h00 when you need to book out) I paid R 1 600.00 for the 2 nights stay and R 320.00 for the breakfast. On our arrival at Rockey Mountain Guest house, Vaal Marina we found the following; The guest house have no star grading. (Not registered with the Tourism council of SA) There is no balcony in rooms with lake views nor mountain views. The room I booked they advertised it with balcony Lake views. The rooms are all on ground level with a entrance stoep, you can`t even see the lake from the front entrance stoep. The definition of balcony in the dictionary is a platform with access from a upper level room. No information brochure about guest house, the area and breakfast times in rooms. No television sets in rooms, nor wifi. No microwave nor cutlery in room, where they advertise it as self-catering rooms. The Shower door was broken. The bathroom door handle was broken off. (Missing) There was no fridge in the room and the owner promised to bring the fridge. They put an old damaged house fridge in room number 6 where we stayed (Paint work damaged and fainted. The owner told us that there is no keys for the room nor remote for the gate. He claimed that the previous people left without handing the keys back to him. There was no hand-wash soap in the bathroom like other guest houses have in their bathrooms. No outside view from the bedroom window due to tree in front and ugly backyard view. Dog shed, *******, empty paint container and wall. It was late 31/12/2018 and we decided to try and make the best of the situation and stayed for the night without television, microwave, cutlery, room keys and remote for the gate. The next morning we woke up 07h30 and dressed for breakfast. By 09h00 there was no movement in the main house nor any breakfast prepared for us. We left at 09h20 after we decided that we can`t stay in a place like that. I could not find a proper dinning room where they could serve breakfast, only a ugly and dirty outside room with an old table and broken lounge suit chairs. I requested a refund for the one night and 2 breakfast meals we did not received. I did not receive any response from Booking.com for cancellation and refund.
