Bad experience

I made a booking through booking.com at seapoint holiday hotel, when i arrived there saturday morning the receptionist told me that there was no booking for me. I even showed her my confermation email and still just told me that they cant help me but gave me a name of another place that i could go sleep at and it was terrible, durty and had to share a bathroom and kitchen with 2 other rooms, and what is the worst off all, they were much more expensive that seapoint holiday hotel. It was the worst experience ever in Cape Town and i hope that booking.com take these fools of there listings
