Bad customer services at booking.com and Cozy Corner Backpackers Langebaan, West Coast

I booked an accommodation for the holiday period for the dates of 29 December 2024 until 08 January 2025 for total of 10days. We got a special advertising price on the booking.com website for 4 adults or guest and was amazed by the price and booked it immediately. Surprisingly, booking.com and Cozy Corner Backpackers in Langebaan West Coast called me that they advertising the price wrong and I should cancel the accommodation. I was so kind and asked them that according to the Consumer Act policy and pricing, they should be giving the price for me as per their mistake adverti*****t and they declined my communication. I called the owner of Cozy Corner Backpackers in Langebaan and he promised to give me a better pricing and I said okay that it should not be way of the advertised price. I called again yesterday, 06 December 2024 for following up on our communication and he declined everything. I want to warn everyone against the poor customer services and they have no good customer values. If you doing business with these poor intentions by not being transparent, honest, respectful and kind, this will not reap any good. I am very disappointed in booking.com and the owner of Cozy Corner Backpackers that allowing that money overpowers the heart and good energy that they need to show to their neighbour's. The Devine Almighty creator have much power over everything and sees it all.
