Bad customer service by booking.com

I have booked a car hire on booking.com on the 29/03/2024, but unfortunately i was denied car rental by the rental company as they only accept credit cards for payment and that time booking.com has already debited my money.

When i contact booking.com for a refund they tell me the refund is not possible anymore. That means i lost all my money to nothing. Booking.com is the worst company ever had to deal with. All my money just went down the drain, I'm ****ed and angry over this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do bookings through them.
