Bad advertising

Pathetic false advertising. We arrived in Keetmanshoop on a hot 40c day to find out the rooms we booked had no aircons, was opposite a noisy tavern and the photos on the web page was of another guest house's garden, not OrbanLife. The owner, when we asked him about the missing aircons said we must give R13000 for aircons. Is all bookings.com advertising so unreliable ????
