Awful Experience & No Acknowledgment

Booking ***. I stayed at The Bolton apartment G10/ Urban Oasis Hotel last week and my experience was totally awful. I was not given an access card hence I had daily difficulties accessing and existing the building. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the windowsill (see pics attached) which I asked to be removed but they were still there when I left this morning. The microwave, cutlery, crockery and pots were dirty(see pics attached) and there were also ****roaches in the apartment. The apartment was fumigated yesterday and I wasn't able to sleep the entire night. My eyes, nose and throat was still burning four days later.

I still haven't received any feedback or acknowledgement from either booking.com or The Bolton/Urban Oasis hotel.
