Avoid Booking.com during Covid

Booking.com has been absolutelly disspointing during the Covid 19 pandemic. They are unavaialble to help with cancelling trips and have failed me as a loyal customer. Rather use Hotel.com or AirBNB as their service has been exceptional and they have provided me full reufunds. Booking.com only wants to ***** our money they dont care about the client
