Avoid booking flights with booking.com and Gotogate

Do yourself a favour and avoid booking flights with booking.com which works with Gotogate. They are very quick to take your money, but the next day you will learn that “due to technical reason” your flight was cancelled and that it will take up to 5 days for the refund. Very little customer support, they make you feel that they do you a favour for refunding you your own money. Not a nice experience at all! In the meantime you will miss other good deals because your money is tight up.
