This is one bad website and one would do well to avoid it. I have been debited numerous times on my credit card by the vendor and all attempts to get assistance have come to nought - they employ the classic strategy of asking numerous and stupid questions which ultimately get one to back off and write the experience off as a bad one. rather use a more reputable website.
