Attrocious call center agents

I have'nt dealt with a more *********** company than Booking.com,their agents have not been able to sort out payments due to me by Booking.com. We have been on the phone every day for the past week and get told the same story " check your banking details " .My banking details are in order. I am on other booking platforms like Air BNB, Safarinow etc and don't have the level of frustration as Booking.com Get your CFO Glenn Fogel involved please as i have had enough. My lodge is Rooibos Bush Lodge.
