Appalling service and false advertising

The most appalling service. Firstly, the place advertised was not the name of the place. Secondly, almost none of the amenities advertised were not available. No internet, no TV, we would have been left alone as the staff go home, the "gym" was a treadmill and a few weights in a garage, the room was basically the ****s quarters around the back of the house. The price advertised was not the price when we arrived. Completely different to advertised. The personnel were completely clueless, and the reception lady barely knew how to use her phone to assist us with other accommodation. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER EVER use booking.com again and will NEVER recommend booking.com and will in fact tell anyone and everyone never to use booking.com. False advertising at its best0
