Appalled by guesthouse

I am appalled that booking.com would have a b/b like The Gem guest house & Spar from Parow Cape Town on the platform. The place is a dump with **********s and smoking **** in the place. I booked my first in on Friday and had to take them out the same day. I am trying to get refunded my booking Reg ***. Please help me get my refund back. Peter Barnes
