Another Booking.com ****!!

We made an accommodation booking through Booking.com, and arrived to find there was NOBODY in sight. In fact, the place looked like it hadn't been used in months. Tried calling the number on the confirmation email - no answer. Tried contacting customer service and hit dead-end after dead-end. There seems to be no way of getting any kind of service! We feel like we've been completely ****med. So much for a reliable site! Don't go near it!!
