Angry as my room is not what I paid for

Never again will I book with Booking. Com. I especially booked a ground floor room with a patio. The pics clearly show my room downstairs with a patio, chairs and table on ground floor. I check in and I'm sent upstairs to a room with no balcony. I'm angry wanted to cancel but I'm going to lose my money due to the cancelation policy. This is how booking. Com enrich themselves.
