***** and poor customer care

i hired a car for 10 days through booking.com and tempest canceled my hire with no refund. i have been waiting for both booking.com and tempest to refund me my money for weeks now still nothing.

This is poor service by both tempest car hire and booking.com please advise what must i do to get back my money !
