Very very poor service!! i was given a 10% discount on my accommodation, upon finalizing and doing the payment i was told my stay would be R2082.00 after i processed the payment and was redirected i was charged R2982.60. i was additionally charged for extra services which i was not aware of or opt for. i sent emails, and tried several times to customer service with no response or help. finally today i got through and was told to take screenshots of my transaction, i advised the customer service consultant that the app does not allow me to which i am very well sure they are aware of this. i have even contacted the property to advise about this with no help.
