Allow people to falsely list property.

We are the owners of a holiday property in Kwazulu Natal in south africa. One of our customers phone us on Friday to confirm a booking they did on Booking.com. Luckily this customer have previously booked with us and had our correct contact details. If this was not the case they would have lost R26 000 to these ********* for this booking which is false. Most property rental website's require "Proof of Address" when you list property with them, how is it even possible for and international website not to do this to protect itself!

Booking.com should do much more to protect itself form people falsely advertising and booking property and *****ing people's money!
