i made a booking on the 12 of December 2025 a week later we lost one of our group member we had to cancel the trip .since then till to date am still waiting for my refund i have been calling them they say i must call the venue and ask for the refund i did call the venue they are saying they dont get involved in bookings made via booking.com Komati kruger villa .booking .com ke ****
