Akyra guest house refund request

Hi. I am here to express my disappointment with Akyra guest house in Brackenhurst . When I started to do the cancellation refund request was were my nightmare. I was told to complete a cancelation request form. Of which I did, but since Monday the 2nd of June I was told they paid the refund to my account. When I follow up with them there's a lot of stories that I got. So right now I want to complain to booking .com regarding this to say that we need your assistance. please regulate these guest houses . They can't treat us this way we deserve better . May this be addressed asap so that other clients don't suffer the same injustice.
