Absolutely Pathetic Customer Service

The most horrific, disgusting, pathetic customer service experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. An absolute joke. Rude, abrasive, unhelpful, unprofessional. A change of ownership has currently taken over 5 weeks. Local point of contact Casey Polson never available, no follow up, extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. I wish I didn't actually need to use them but it is imperative to have them as a channel for your bookings for your accommodation property.
