Absolutely ni customer service

Pathetic service. I complained about a listing I arrived at being filled with ****roaches. After long holding periods they finally answered my cals and promised to escalate the situation and resolvenit within and hour. Its been more than 2 days without any response even on further attempts to contacts them via their customer service. Even the owner has agreed to refund the full amount but bookkng.com is silent and wont process it. Absolutely ********** service.
