A Week Later and Still No Active Account

If I could give a -100 rating, I would. We have been struggling for over a week to get our profile activated. During this time, we have spoken to more than five different representatives, each providing different information and conflicting advice. Despite countless follow-ups and hours spent trying to resolve the issue, our account is still not active.

The level of customer service has been appalling. There appears to be a complete lack of communication and consistency between support staff, leaving customers frustrated and without any real solutions. What should have been a simple process has turned into an unnecessarily long and stressful experience.

Extremely disappointing service, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
