What a horrible experience. I make a booking get to my destination and the hotel says sorry we fully booked and they cancel my booking. I immediately look for a booking elsewhere make the booking pay for it and again whi get to destination the hotel tells me its fully booked we must cancel. U can imagine the frustration and then to top ot all they refund me for the first booking but not for the second. Why be an agent if you can't handle the work professionally.
