I booked a property on the 7th of October, I paid online. When I got to the address, it was someone's house and they did not know anything about a listing on Bookings.com, I tried to cancel the reservation on the app but I did not get refunded, they keep referring me to contact the property even after I told them that it's obviously a **** .
