On 11 June 2026 I booked "Peaceful Accommodation" through booking.com I made payment and got confirmation surprisingly in less than an hour I get a message from property owner saying I should cancel the booking they dont have room for me, I called the property how I will get refunded they said booking.com will do as soon as I cancel. I canceled the booking and got an email from booking.com to say I will be refunded in 7-12day, how is that possible because it's their fault and need the money to make another booking. This a big **** in those 7-12 my program has to on stand still yet their business continues with my money making profit from it. I am really disappointed at you Booking.com. Never again will I use your services. Pay back my money and we part ways.
