I made a booking on 6/8/2025 through Booking.com with Lanseria Guesthouse for 5 nights just to find out on arrival they don't exist. After numerous attempts to contact Lanseria or Bookings.com we were stranded and had to look for other accommodation. I am yet to hear from Bookings.com. They do not have an contact email you can only message on their website where you are ignored completely. I made a case at SAPS for the bank to try and get my money back. Booking.com customer service is the worse, not reliable and do not do background checks on the properties they list. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
