37 the trout lodge in Cape Town

37 The Trout lodge!! Earlier this month I booked a BnB at 37 The Trout lodge Through booking.com However we cancelled the BnB 2 day prior to arrival and according to their so called policy they provide free cancellation and full refund if cancelled 2 days before arrival. Refund procedure takes about 7-12 working days and we’re passed the refund waiting period. I then followed up with booking.com and 37 the Trout lodge and I’ve been taken back and forth by both parties and none of them is willing to take accountability for my refund. 37 the trout lodge people were extremely RUDE !!! And they we’re not willing to help me I want my money back I’m done playing nice
