100USD more taken off creditcard than on booking

On 19 December 2015 I booked two nights at the Red Wolf lodge at Squaw Valley CA USA. The invoice/booking stated 498USD. However 9019 ZAR went of my creditcard at that time 601USD. The help section on [URL Removed] refers to this as normal and stated that I would get the additional funds refunded after my stay. However obviously this wasn't the case. I contacted customer service to no avail. Basically [URL Removed] charged 100USD more than what was on the reservation I consider this breach of contract!<br>
