0 star for booking.com- unsatisfactory customer care

I booked accommodation in Rome, Venice and Milan in January 2020. I have been trying to get a refund without any succes. I called and logged several refund requests for nearly two years. I submitted the necessary proof of payment and yet none of my refunds were approved. Booking.com has given me the most frustrating, time consuming and costly customer service I have ever experienced. It's completely unacceptable that I should have to spend money on international calls over a two year period and yet not recieve the assistance I required. I would not recommend bookings.com for international travel.
