Expensive lesson from Bookcentre Noordheuwel

So the wife goes and buy’s ink cartridges for our little Canon printer at home from Bookcentre Noordheuwel. Not being Able to open the printer to get the old cartridges out she took a picture of the printer with the model number etc.. The helpful sales person assisted her in selling her the cartridges which she then gave to our IT dude. Turns out he sold her the wrong cartridges and because the IT dude opened the cartridges to obviously fit them they are now not refundable. Almost R700 of brand new cartridges that we now have to bin because they sold us the wrong product. After waiting a week and 6 calls later the owner told the staff to let us know they are not interested in our story...hardly seems fair. We have been buying as a business going on 9-10 years from them. Needles to say the manner in which the owner handled it is very very disappointing. Especially making us wait a week and multiple calls later says a-lot on how you value customers. We will no longer support your business mam.
