No Communication or contact

Ordered online received some of the books I paid for - a lot of them said they were on back order - I have not been able to get hold of anyone at Bookbound. No one answers the phone and Ive sent 3 emails and havent received a response. I will now have to go into the shop just to find out if they have the books I have paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone
