Zero customer service.. possible ****!

Ordered school books for almost R3000. No one answers your calls nor emails, zero customer service that you have no other option but thinkiny they’re a ****! Its back to school soon. If this order can not be fulfilled please can a refund be done urgently so that I may get the books elsewhere.
