Worst service, no delivery

Worst service ever. booked a book on the 7th of September and and to date i have not received it nor have i received any communication from them. they havent rep**** to any of the emails i have sent and their number is out of service. Starting to think i have been ****med as i made full payment but no book has been delivered. My biggest regret is making use of this site
