WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM - STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered my prescribed textbook on 20/01/2023. On 06/02/2023, I requested a refund on my order as I did not receive my order in the time given and I had to buy the book elsewhere. On 15/02/2023 and 16/02/2023 I requested feedback. On 16/02/2023, I received an email stating that I will receive my refund in 24hrs. On 20/02/2023 and 21/02/2023, I requested feesback as I still didn’t receive my refund. On 21/02/2023, I requested to come into contact with a manager. On 22/02/2023, I requested feedback yet again. On 22/02/2023, I received an Invoive that the refund has been processed but I received nothing. On 27/02/2023, I requested feedback wherever I was then rep**** that the refund will be done by the end of 27/02/2023. On 28/02/2023, 01/03/2023 and 07/03/2023 I requested feedback again since my refund has still not been paid. I have also been calling the landline every single day, but absolutely no one answers and if someone does, I don’t get any feedback.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid R550.00 for something I haven’t received and a refund has been requested numerous times.
