Worst online book store

Never ever buy a book from this site. I ordered my unisa textbook 18 January 2021. Today is the 25 February 2021 and I have not yet received anything. I paid R535 for the book. I emailed them more than 10 times and only received 2 saved replies (saved responses from their system). They said the book will be delivered by the latest 1 February 201. It was not delivered. I am so disappointed. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago and received no response. Where is my refund?

I have had to buy another textbook (same one) from Van Schaik and that was delivered within 2 days. And paid R600 for this one. Worth paying a bit more for service. Issue is that I may miss my deadline for my first assignment that is due in a few days. Terrible service = terrible company.
