Worst of the worst

I ordered books from this online bookstore in November 2023 for the school I work for. Payment was done and we were eagerly awaiting the books in order to teach our learners in 2024. BUT as of yet we haven't heard from them or receive the books that was paid for with hard earned money. After numerous phone calls that goes unanswered as well as numerous emails that also goes unanswered we are at our wits' end. I have never experience such bad client service. I would not recommend anybody to buy from this bookstore.
