Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Ordered my kid's textbooks on 5 December 2021. Received 4 of the books before the end of 2021 and was informed others would follow 5 January. 5 January comes and days follow and no delivery. Calls to them when they did go through were promises after promises. 19 January schools opened and still no books. After a whole week of my child asking when the books are coming, I decided to go buy the books from local bookstores so she would not continue to fall behind. On 24 January I spoke to Neo and I told her that I am canceling the order. She said she will get it canceled and request a refund but to my surprise yesterday a courier arrived delivering books from Book a Book. I did not accept delivery and requested they return to sender. I have sent countless emails and made numerous calls that go unanswered to get my money back and even putting this here I have no hope that it will be responded to or even seen. This has been exhausting. The discounted prices do not make up for this stress.
