Delivery period is within breach of contract (section 21 of Cunsumer Act). In addition, the management fail to take complaints serious, or even get back to customers. I am left wondering where my parcel is, and when it will ACTUALLY arrive.

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish I read all the other Hello Peter reviews before I placed an order with them. Quick to use their suppliers as a scapegoat as an attempt to explain why they are delayed. Manage your suppliers better!
