Waste of time dont bother wasting your money

Worst place ever dont waste your money. I ordered a school book on 28 November 2021. Got an email on 30 Dec saying the book is out of print end printing will only begin end of Jan 2022. Please can I provide my banking details so they can refund me. I rep**** same day with banking details and have since followed up 6 times on my refund. Not one word nobody bothers replying i have emailed numerous email addresses. Not a word. Now today 17 Feb I get a sms to say my book is with the couriers on its way to me. I DO NOT want the book I just want my money back . Really terrible waste of time and you cant even call it service there is none. I just want my money back I bought the book over a month ago elsewhere .
