Waiting

After calling several times my call was answered. Apparently they are waiting for my order to arrive from their publishers and said I should wait another 9 working days. The woman on the other end of the line gave me her manager's number after I requested it, but there was no answer. My email was finally answered the next day, with a generic apology. I have my doubts that I will receive my order but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and will take things from there.
