Very worried/annoyed

Very worried about my order. I have paid on the 17th of December already, I sent emails no answer. I have eventually got hold of a lady on Tuesday and she said my order will be dispatched on Friday and I will have my order by Monday. My son is starting school on Wednesday. Very worried that have lost over R2000, only saw all the comments here after I tried to get hold of the company.
