Very slow service

Ordered a textbook from them and it took months without any response. I started writing emails and as I was threatening to send them email everyday until they responded they delivered the book. Prices are reasonable but don't expect too much. You jus be patient and equally persistent when dealing with them. Don't bother with calling your airtime will be wasted.
