Useless service from Book a Book - avoid them

I bought a book from Book a Book and on 7 May 2022 electronic payment went through. The invoice that I received is *** and in their communication with me, I was told the book would be dispatched within 9 to 12 working days. I sent a follow-up mail on 8 June 2022. No book; no response.
