Unsatisfied Bookabook customer

I ordered and paid for a textbook for my son on March 2023 and still till today I have not received anything I sent several emails to which they rep**** with in procces will be shipped in a few days the last emails that I sent 2 months ago was for a refund they rep**** asked for my banking details and still up until today nothing has been refunded I would not recommend this service to anyone as this is really disappointing and I'm utterly disgusted with the service that I received from bookabook
