undelivered book order
have ordered a book through book a book and after numerous emails and communication the book has yet not been delivered nor arrived even it has been paid for.[Order #***] (2 February, 2023)

18 May 2023, 20:40Have yet since reporting the poor service delivery from Book-a-Book yet not have case resolved. I have paid the book and tried contacting Book-a-Book and they do not respond. Customers need to take note that this company does not deliver and your payment is lost.
