Undelivered Book

Ordered my book on the 12th of March 2020. The website stated that it takes 3 - 7 working days to deliver. After a few days it advised that it was experiencing delays with the deliver of the books and it could take up to 10 days to deliver. Tried to call them in order to collect the book myself, but their contact number provided goes unanswered and there is no response on email. Many delayed days later still have not received my book or response on any of my emails or calls. With the shut down we experiencing I even wonder if I will get my book in time for exams. Already summited an assignment without a book I paid for in full. So disappointing.

This is the worst service I have ever received from an online bookstore, would not recommend it for anyone to use. They don't even deserve the 1 out 5 star rating.
